Devon DeVries
Devon DeVries has built a dynamic 24-year career in the music and media industry, spanning nearly every genre, revenue stream, and creative avenue. His expertise in sync, A&R, and music marketing has shaped the success of artists and songwriters across the industry.
Previously, Devon served as VP of Creative – Film/TV Music & A&R at Big Yellow Dog Music, as well as key roles at CBS/Paramount Pictures, Extreme/Sony ATV, and Sony Music Entertainment, 300 Entertainment. At Big Yellow Dog, he spearheaded the company’s rise as a leader in Film/TV music within two years, securing hundreds of sync placements annually for Grammy-winning artists like Meghan Trainor, Maren Morris, Daniel Tashian, and Josh Kear, alongside independent talent.
Currently, as Owner and Head of Creative at The Bus Music and Underground Mix, Devon has crafted and executed sync strategies for major artists such as Megan Thee Stallion, Gunna, Fetty Wap, and Cheat Codes, in addition to his own roster of writers and artists. His collective work has resulted in over 10,000 sync placements across all media platforms.
A recognized expert in copyright, sync strategy, and sub-publishing, Devon has shared his insights at Belmont University, MTSU, TSU, and Oakwood University as well as The Wall Street Journal. He has also contributed to industry panels and committees, including The Spot Festival (Denmark), the Music Biz Conference, and the Nashville Film Festival.

Becki DeVries
Becki DeVries is an Emmy-nominated singer, songwriter, artist developer, and co-owner/founder of The Bus Music, where she leads creative direction for writers and artists.
With a career deeply rooted in vocal production, songwriting, and artist development, Becki has worked alongside some of the industry's most renowned producers and songwriters. Her extensive vocal production and session singing credits include Hilary Duff, Amy Grant, Delta Goodrem, Lulu, LeAnn Rimes, and the American Idol TV series, as well as the Emmy-nominated NBC Today Show Theme.
She has also contributed vocals and compositions to national and international ad campaigns for brands such as Tresemmé, Atlantis Resorts, KFC, and Dove. Beyond advertising, Becki’s songwriting has landed in TV shows, major motion pictures, film trailers, and promos, solidifying her reputation in the sync world.
Her collaborations span an impressive list of industry legends, including Michele Canova, Darrell Brown, Desmond Child, Jimmy Harry, Clif Magness, Guy Roche, Rick Nowels, Billy Steinberg, and David Frank. In addition to her work in the studio, Becki has performed live background vocals for artists across multiple genres, from Mýa to The Goo Goo Dolls.
She has also played a pivotal role in discovering and developing talent, securing deals for artists such as Bailey Bryan (Warner
Bros./300 Entertainment), CAIN (Provident/Sony), Martin Jasper (PIAS), SVRCINA (Cloud 9, Universal Germany), and dnk. (RedOne).
With a deep expertise in vocal production, songwriting, and brand partnerships, Becki continues to shape the careers of artists while contributing to some of the biggest names in music, television, and advertising.
